Where do KW charter flights depart from?
Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), from our hangar at 2111 Spinner Lane, Sanford, FL.
How much does a private charter flight cost?
You charter the whole aircraft — you never pay per seat. Published one-way prices start at Key West $4,800, Marathon $4,800, Atlanta $6,650, Asheville $7,550, New Orleans $8,300. Do you fly from Orlando?
Yes. Our hangar is on the field at Orlando Sanford International (SFB), on the north side of the Orlando area, and we also fly into Orlando Executive (ORL).
How many passengers can fly?
Most of our aircraft seat eight to nine passengers, with club seating on most of the fleet. You pay for the airplane, not per seat.
What airplane will I fly on?
The Cessna Conquest II, a pressurized twin-engine turboprop that cruises near 290 knots (about 330 miles an hour) and lands on short island runways the big jets cannot use.
Who flies the airplane?
Every flight has a two-person crew.
Can my dog fly with me?
Yes. Pets ride in the cabin with you. No crate is required, and there are no size limits and no limit on how many pets come along.
How early should I arrive?
Plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Is KW Executive Air Charter certified?
Yes. Key West Executive Air Charter LLC is an FAA Part 135 air carrier, Air Carrier Certificate K6XA146M.
Do you fly medical patients?
We fly organ transport for transplant teams around the clock. We do not fly passengers who need medical assistance to travel.
