Your trip,
your information.

Key West Executive Air Charter LLC, doing business as KW Executive Air Charter ("KW", "we"), runs www.kweac.com. This page explains what the website collects and what we do with it.

What you send us

When you request a quote, you give us your name, mobile number, email (optional), trip details (where from and to, dates, passengers, pets, bags) and any notes. We use them to price your trip and contact you about it. They are saved in our quote records and emailed to our charter team.

With your request we also save how you found the site: the first page you visited, the website that sent you (for example a search engine), and any campaign tags in that link. This is kept in your browser for up to 30 days and sent only with a quote request, so we know which pages help travelers find us.

What the site measures

• Google Analytics counts visits and actions such as a quote request or a tap on our phone number. It uses cookies. Google's own privacy policy applies, and you can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it except with the services that run this website and our email, and when the law requires it.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, call (407) 434-1900 or emailkrysty@kweac.com.
